The treasurer of LDK, the party of Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, will now lecture as a professor of economics in Gjilan.

For the same position, he was rejected by the University of Pristina for not meeting the criteria.

A research finds that his elevation to the position of professor (assistant professor) at the public University of Gjilan ("Kadri Zeka"), a city led by Lutfi Haziri of the LDK, is questionable: he does not meet the criteria required by the institution that hired him, and for not fulfilling the criteria, he was refused employment in this position by the public University of Pristina ("Hasan Prishtina").

"For the title of assistant professor, the candidate must have a selected number of monographs and publications reviewed in international scientific or artistic journals with at least one main paper published and reviewed in international journals", states the statute of this public institution
