A graduate of Prairie View A&M University, where she served as Director and musician of the Baptist Student Union, Gaye&#;s passion for music was evident. This multi-talented artist has been endowed with a gift to write songs that seem to flow directly from the heart of God.
Gaye&#;was presented to the gospel world at a very young age by the founder and president of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, the late Reverend James Cleveland.
Since then, she has been featured on two of GMWA&#;s hit albums and has also sung with or opened for artists such as Yolanda Adams, Kirk Franklin, Vickie Winans, BeBe and CeCe Winans, Fred Hammond, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Karen Clark-Sheard, Kelly Price, and Stephen Hurd.
