She left the PAH without paying. I live in Harlow and drove over to the hospital to pay it on her behalf. One machine wasn't working so had to walk right round to the other side of the hospital. I put her reg in and shower a photo of her car with the fee.

I paid, the machine wasn't issuing receipts so I took a screen shot. She has since received a fine. She has been trying to contact someone, anyone regarding this but it's impossible to get hold of anyone that can help.

She is now in hospital herself, very poorly. Her fine has now gone up to £309.

Disgusting!!!

I’ve used PAH parking with a blue badge for many years and no problems. Now in just a matter of 10 days I’ve received 2 parking fines. I thought I’d parked in a disabled bay but 1) no am told it staff.
